At, we are committed to protecting your privacy.  If you are a child under the age of 13, you must get your parent’s or guardian’s consent.

When you book an appointment, we ask for your email, cell phone number we can reach you at.  SpaBlue also requires your credit card number; including the three digit security code.  This information will secure the specific appointment and time that you have asked for.  Collecting this info allows us to reserve a time spot for you in our schedules.


Your information may be provided to third parties to the extent necessary to confirm a valid credit card number, reduce credit risk, protect against fraud, comply with applicable law, enforce or apply our cancellation policy and privacy policies.  We do not share, sell or rent individual, identifying information to any third party at any time without your explicit consent. We do not share your information to third parties for marketing purposes.

THE SECURITY OF INFORMATION shall protect the security of your personal information and credit card details when you book online with us.

To ensure the security of your personal information, you should always provide that information over a secure connection.  You can check the existence of a secure connection by looking at the URL in your web browser.  Whenever you are connected to a secure server, that connection will represented in the URL as “https,” rather than “http.”

We understand that emergencies do arise and it may be necessary to cancel an appointment that is not within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.  However, we ask for the courtesy of allowing our therapists the opportunity to fill an appointment that you are unable to keep. Please give 24 hours notice or more of an inability to keep an appointment and we will strive to find you another time slot as close as possible to the original appointment. To ensure that our therapists get paid for the time allotted for an appointment that was not cancelled within 24 hours, we may charge for the full booked service price.  If you have a Gift Certificate and do not meet our 24 hour request of a courtesy call, text or email to cancel or reschedule, you may forfeit the Gift Certificate.  We appreciate your understanding.
